At Aesthetickly, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized products for our customers. As each item is tailored to your specific preferences, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than a printing mistake made by our company.
In the event that there is a printing error on your product that is caused by our company, we will gladly exchange the item for you at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the exchange process.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and returning the item to us. Once we receive the item and confirm the printing mistake, we will send a replacement item to you as soon as possible.
